This information is transmitted securely to our patient communication system and used solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule a consultation, and provide information about the procedure(s) you expressed interest in. We do not share, sell, or use Meta lead information for any purpose outside of direct patient communication with our practice.
Automated and AI-Assisted Communications
To provide faster response times, our practice uses an AI-powered patient liaison assistant ("Avery") to send initial responses to prospective patient inquiries via SMS text message. Avery is a software tool operated exclusively by Dr. David Henry, DO and uses information from your lead submission to provide procedure information, answer common questions, and assist with scheduling a consultation with our team. Avery is not a medical professional and does not provide medical advice. A licensed staff member of our practice will follow up with you to complete consultation scheduling.
You may opt out of automated SMS communications at any time by replying STOP, and a member of our team will follow up with you directly instead.
Data Retention
We retain prospective patient inquiry information (including Meta lead information and SMS communication history) for up to twenty-four (24) months from the date of your last interaction with our practice, unless you request earlier deletion. After this period, information is automatically deleted from our active systems. Information that becomes part of a formal patient medical record after consultation is retained in accordance with applicable medical record retention laws.
SMS/Text Messaging Privacy
