Please note: Information that has become part of an established medical record (after a formal consultation has occurred) is subject to applicable medical record retention laws and cannot be fully deleted without separate written request and legal compliance procedures.
How to Request Data Deletion

- Email address used when you contacted us
- Date of approximate inquiry (if known)
- Specific data you would like deleted (e.g., "all data" or "SMS messages only")

Processing Timeline
We will acknowledge your data deletion request within seven (7) business days of receipt. We will complete the deletion of all eligible data within thirty (30) days of the verified request. You will receive written confirmation by email when the deletion has been completed.

To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before processing a deletion request. This may include confirming the phone number or email address associated with the data on file. We will not release any information about your records to third parties.
Data That May Be Retained
Some information may be retained after a deletion request, including:
